The customer called Drain Connection to investigate a backup on a cooler/refrigeration floor sink at a Sprouts Farmers Market location. Upon arrival, our technician performed a camera inspection of the affected line and discovered construction debris, rocks, and a solid concrete blockage within the pipe. Based on the inspection findings, a dig up and sewer line replacement in this area has been recommended and is scheduled for the near future to provide a permanent solution.
