The customer scheduled Drain Connection to perform a whole-facility hydro jetting service at the new Action Behavior Center, located on the Far West Side of San Antonio. This was completed as a preventative measure to ensure the sewer and drain systems were operating at peak performance ahead of their grand opening. Upon arrival, our technician accessed the facility’s mainline cleanouts and utilized the mounted hydro jetter on the service truck to thoroughly scour the interior of the drain lines, removing any buildup or debris left from construction. This deep cleaning process helps prevent future blockages and ensures smooth, reliable drainage from day one.
