Our team began with a sewer camera inspection to locate the cause of the blockage. Because the obstruction was located beneath the home’s foundation, we carefully tunneled underneath the slab to safely access the sewer line without cutting through the interior floors. Once we reached the pipe, we discovered several foreign objects, including Mardi Gras beads and a wiffle ball, that were restricting proper flow.

After safely removing the obstruction, we professionally hydro jetted and mechanically descaled the pipe to eliminate years of buildup and restore the inside of the line. We completed a final sewer camera inspection to confirm everything was flowing properly before reconnecting the drain, backfilling the tunnel, and restoring the area. By the time we wrapped up, the home’s drainage system was back to working exactly as it should.
